Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from Malta, part of the European Union (EU).
All packages are carefully and securely packed to ensure your collectible items arrive in excellent condition.


Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the European Union (EU).
We accept orders from the following EU member countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

❗ Orders placed from countries not listed, will be automatically canceled and refunded.


How much does shipping cost?

  • Flat rate: €15 for all orders
  • Free shipping: on all orders over €199

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.


When will I receive my order?

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Malta: 1–2 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.


Do I have to pay customs or import VAT?

No. Since we ship from within the EU to other EU countries, you won’t pay any customs duties or import VAT.


Can I return my order or report a problem?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Graded slabs or sealed packaging must not be opened or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). All shipments are tracked and we'll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received in error or damaged on arrival.
👉 Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
